At the foot of the Franschhoek Mountain, a beautiful Cape Dutch-style Boutique Guest House, offers you a luxuries and historic experience. Allow yourself the pleasure to enjoy peace and tranquility on the oldest farm in the Franschhoek Valley.
Cape Dutch @ Keerweder is situated in the beautiful Franschhoek valley on the oldest farm in Franschhoek, granted in 1692 to Heinrich Muller who came from Basel. The Cape Dutch Manor was built in 1830 and opened its doors in 1886 as the first guest house in the Cape Lands. Now once again guests are offered accommodation in the manor house on Keerweder.
Keerweder is a working fruit farm with the guest house surrounded with plum orchards. We would like to inform our guests that tractors and people can be expected moving in and around the orchards.
Let us help you get ready for your get-away!
If you have a question about your vacation, just ask. We look forward to hearing from you.
